Occupancy

Every room at our estate can host up to 6-7 people. Kindly check each room capacity before booking. (For any query, please call the hosts @+91 9047150622 & clarify.)

Payment

To secure your reservation, kindly pay 30% of your total stay amount. Upon successful payment of the reservation amount, you will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp. The remaining amount must be paid at the time of check-in after registration. Only Google Pay and cash are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability.

Individual Booking: Full refund will be provided for cancellations made before 3 days from the arrival date.

Group Bookings: Full refund will be provided for group cancellations made 7 days before the arrival date.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.

Refunds will be issued in the form of redeemable vouchers, valid for one year from the cancellation date, subject to availability.

Availability for rebooking with vouchers is subject to room availability at the time of redemption.

Breakfast

Enjoy breakfast at the lawn of Carlton House from 09:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. daily.
Please note that room service for meals is not available.

All food and beverage

Outside Food: Guests are permitted to bring outside food into the premises. We kindly request that guest’s dispose of any packaging or waste responsibly. Please note that food consumption is not allowed inside the rooms. Kindly use the dining area for meals.

Alcohol Policy:

We do not serve alcohol on the premises. Guests are welcome to enjoy non-alcoholic beverages available at our establishment. BYOB is allowed, kindly drink responsibly

Meal Ordering:

All meal orders must be placed a minimum of 2 hours prior to the desired dining time. This allows our kitchen staff ample time to prepare and ensure the freshness of your meal.

Prohibited

Engaging in any illegal activities on the Carlton House Property will result in immediate action.

Pets

Pet-friendly environment! Bring your beloved furry companions along. Our Pet Package includes stay, cleaning and food at ₹1100 per night. Bedding available upon request. Please clean up after your pets and maintain a hygienic and clean environment.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available for both two and four-wheel vehicles within the premises of Carlton House. A designated parking space will be allocated for the bus.

Driver’s policy

Drivers are restricted to the driver’s room & parking area. Additional charges apply for drivers’ stay and meals. Guests are responsible for their drivers and any additional staff.
